The claims I have worked include Large commercial; association for high rise residential condominium towers,
condo associations in which one association had nine separate sub associations all with multiple buildings. Each had their own association president that sat on the central association board answering to a chief association president over all nine,
large commercial warehouses,
retail storefronts,
large schools, government housing,
large churches, (some as large and more complex than most malls), restaurants (fast food and large dining establishments),
museums,
and more.
I have worked numerous farm losses, many of which were large commercial farms with multiple locations and multiple building, silos and equipment on each location.
I have worked small and large residential single family,
mobile home,
condo's in low rise and high rise buildings.
and patio homes.
I have worked duplexes,
triplexes,
fourplexes,
and up.
The types of claims I have worked:
Catastrophe's such as hurricane, flood, wind, tornado, hail, ice, flood and drain backup.
I have and I am often asked to stay at a storm/catastrophe location to reinspect my fellow adjuster's claims.
Daily claims have included, fire, infestation, wind, hail, lightening, contractor removing a roof prior to a storm, drain backup, leaking roof, ice, etc.

Drywall ceiling repairs are then textured, sealed and painted white. 2 coats of color is not necessary. The line item code should've been "PNT AC" which would yeild 1 seal/prime coat and 1 color coat for $0.71
